Spring has Sprung: Early Spring Scooter Repairs

Spring weather on Colorado’s front range has always been “interesting,” to say the least. Warm days alternate with snowy days. Snowy days turn into warm days.

It’s a great time to think about getting some work done to your scooter. It might be snowing today (and it is), but you’ll probably be itching to ride within 48 hours as soon as it warms up. Check out these pics from some of my recent appointments.

The owner tells me one of them might be for sale, so if you’re in the market for a Ruckus give me a call and I’ll put you in touch. They’re in Denver, CO.

This customer called all the way from Fountain, CO. Her scoot needed a battery, new variator rollers, a carburetor cleaning, new valve stems, an oil change, a spark plug, a steering neck bearing service, and some other odds and ends like vacuum and fuel lines. The scooter needed quite a bit of work because it sat for a while outside.

If you have a scooter that’s been sitting around “for a while” and want to get it running before it really warms up, give me a call at (719) 565-9295. I serve motorcycle and scooter riders up and down the Front Range!
