“Tune Ups”
NOTE: Basic, periodic maintenance WILL NOT make your scooter run again if it DOES NOT CURRENTLY RUN. In order for your bike to be considered “CURRENTLY RUNNING” you must be able to put the key in the ignition, pull one of the brake levers, hit the start button, and have it START, IDLE, and GO DOWN THE ROAD under its own power. If your bike DOES NOT CURRENTLY RUN, it needs to be REPAIRED BEFORE ANY MAINTENANCE can be done on it.
The following service rates apply to Japanese, Taiwanese, and Chinese scooters, including the Honda Ruckus, Honda Elite, Yamaha Zuma, Yamaha Riva, Kymco People, Kymco Super 9, many others, and all Chinese GY6-type scooters with 50cc, 125cc, or 150cc engines.

Two-Stroke (2T) Scooter Service – Basic
Includes:
- Oil top-off from a fresh bottle of synthetic 2T oil
- Spark plug removal and replacement
- Air filter check, cleaning, or replacement
- Charging system check
- Visual inspection
$72.5 + air filter ($12 to $45) + plug ($4-$11.25) + oil (~$4) + service call + shop supplies.
2T +Plus Service
Includes:
- Everything from the basic service.
- Steering neck bearing lube and adjustment.
- Gear oil removal and replacement.
- Pivot and cable lube.
$181.25 + fluids/parts + service call + shop supplies.
Four Stroke (4T) Scooter Service – Basic
An oil change is the only difference between a 2T basic service and a 4T basic service.
- 4T scooters require regular oil changes, while 2T scooters require periodic top offs
- Everything from the 2T service is included
- The price difference accounts for the fact that I need to drain your oil and dispose of it for you
- If your bike has an oil filter, it will be removed and replaced
$109 + fluids/parts + service call + shop supplies
4T +Plus Service
- Same as the 2T +Plus Service
- Difference is the oil change
$218 + fluids/parts + service call + shop supplies.

Note that the Denver service call is $55. That gets me to just about anywhere within a 50 mile radius of downtown Denver.
